THE EVENT
5000 Watts is a high energy event combing STEM education, light art, interactivity, and plenty of good times!
Hosted in the gorgeous Esther’s Park the line was literally around the block as people lined up from all over downtown Sacramento to see what the buzz was all about.
Sensebellum helped elevate the visual and interactive components with a mix of classic and new artworks including The Sandbox of Life, Floragraph, Microscopia, and a new LED piece to be named soon!
THE EXPERIENCE
Upon entering the space the guests were treated with an ensemble of groovy tunes, glowing lights, and many opportunities to reach out and connect with interactive art.
Each of the Sensebellum artworks are designed and created in house which lended itself well to the STEAM focused curriculum of the Square Root Academy.
The Sandbox of Life, Floragraph, Microscopia, and a new installation of LED Bars all created a harmonious chorus of synaesthesia tying together the natural and digital worlds.
Every piece provided a new mind blowing opportunity as well as a photogenic backdrop as over 800 people strolled through the park that night.
