THE EVENT
Spark! is a truly art centric event hosted in downtown Mesa, Arizona featuring incredible installations spread over a gorgeous outdoor venue.
In 2015 & 2016 Sensebellum was invited to showcase our best art installations starting with a trio of The Sandbox of Life in 2015 and then the debut of the geodesic institution, The Sensatorium, in 2016.
THE EXPERIENCE
2015 set the stage by providing a highly engaging experience for patrons.
2016 followed this success by introducing The Sensatorium. A space aged structure for hosting the full lineup of original art installations.
The Sensatorium became the place that stabilized the desert lighting and temperature, was a beacon from across the grounds, and featured architecture that instantly communicated the futuristic creative and immersive art within.
Inside of the 30’ diameter steel dome was all of the hits. There was a trio of The Sandbox of Life, Microscopia, 3D printer station, interactive wave pool, capacitive touch music station, and a central illuminating chandelier receiving color cues from the intensity of interactions inside.
Our team was able to deliver this experience all the way to Arizona from Washington state to the supreme elation of thousands of patrons over the weekend. We take pride in the design, fabrication, delivery, and curation of the most excellent interactive art experiences possible.
