THE EVENT

A space where the mountain meets the river nestled between the trees with 5,000+ friends celebrating music, arts, and the zenith of summer in the Pacific Northwest.

Sensebellum is honored to have contributed to the Summer Meltdown Music Festival’s Late Night Tent and Art Installation Program for over 8 years!

Thank you all so much for the good times!

THE EXPERIENCE

Through the creative application of light, structure, and interactive art Sensebellum was able to deliver meaningful moments for thousands of Meltdown patrons.

What started as a 3D projection mapping stage design in 2012 evolved into the signature “CUBIX Cubes” in the Late Night Tent in 2013, then to a full blown geodesic dome, known as The Sensatorium, in 2015.

From every year then on the show kept growing!

In addition, through this time the Sensebellum team helped coordinate the Art Installation Program which enabled scores of regional artists to exhibit their works all over the festival grounds.

Over the past 20+ years Summer Meltdown served as a meetup for the Pacific Northwest and West Coast performance art scene.

This responsibility to deliver the highest level drove our team to always raise the bar and showcase the best of our in-house stage lighting designs and immersive art experiences.

“It’s trying to provide that spark for moments where people get a glimpse into how something works, or make a cool connection, or just enjoy the beauty that these artistic forms can take,” he said. “But it’s not like a textbook or a lecture. You might have to stumble onto those things at your own pace. And I think that’s when real learning happens.”
